Data servicing market boom in the Asia-Pacific region

The data servicing market in the Asia-Pacific region is on an upward swing, especially in India and China. According to a study by Frost & Sullivan, the continuous inflow of FDI, establishment of regional bases by MNCs in growing economies, the increasing importance of Asia as a BPO destination, and the expansion of Asian enterprises beyond home markets are some of the factors fuelling international connectivity needs. The study also pointed out that the booming market in the region is causing fierce competition among the outsourcing vendors, spurring attempts to keep prices down.
