Infosys to start BPO operations in Mexico

IT giant Infosys Technologies is planning to open a 200-seater BPO facility in Mexico. This is its first facility in Latin America and operations in other countries will soon follow. The company is seeking to diversify its human resources base across the world. Infosys Head Mohandas Pai also stated that the rupee appreciation is compelling Indian BPO companies to look outside the country for operational benefits.
