Asia Pacific outsourcing market to expand 16%

The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market in the Asia-Pacific region is expected to be worth US$8.3 billion by the end of this year, growing at a compound annual rate of 16%. According to research agency IDC, the outsourcing market in the region has developed considerably from the 7 billion industry it was last year.
