Delta Airlines pulls out of BPO contract with IBM Daksh

Delta Airlines, the world's second largest airline in terms of passengers carried, has retracted its back office operations contract with India-based IBM Daksh. Although there have been instances of companies in other sectors like banking, IT and public utilities withdrawing processes from India due to quality issues, this is the first instance of an airline pulling out. Delta Airline officials have refused to comment on the situation.
