Fidelity National Information Services expands India outsourcing presence with purchase of Second Foundation Inc.

Fidelity National Information Services Inc., a leading provider of financial processing services, has acquired Second Foundation Inc. Second Foundation, a strong presence in offshore global information technology services, has extensive experience in areas like outsourced product development, quality assurance and business intelligence services. As a result of the acquisition, FIS has expanded its captive offshore global delivery staff and broadened its service offerings.
